Jeff first meets with each client, carefully listening to ideas, noting preference and establishing a reasonable budget, all with the aim of arriving at precisely the home that will fulfill their dream. Following the estimation and bidding processes, Jeff continues to be instrumental in project construction, visiting job sites two to three times per week and providing regular feedback to clients.

After your home’s construction is complete, a final walk-through is conducted by our experienced job supervisor and a detailed punch list is compiled. Deficiencies are promptly corrected because we want your new home perfect from the moment you open the door. Basic Builders offers a comprehensive one-year warranty on every home we build, in addition to the Home Buyers Warranty Corporation 2-10 Program. This beneficial program provides 10 full years of insurance-backed structural defect coverage, as well as two years of systems coverage against defects in wiring, piping, ductwork, electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling and mechanical components.
